to carry out the terms and conditions of the forgoing Conditions

of Grant and the Grantee hereby agrees fully to observe and

perform the said Conditions, and to be bound thereby and the

Director of Public Works on behalf of His Excellency the Governor

hereby ratifies and confirms the said grant on the above

Conditions.
